Our environmentally sensitive and luxurious three bedroom and three and a half bath home by renowned Baja Sur design / build team Ricardo Arteaga and Sam Galina was completed in 2021. With meticulous attention to craft with a low impact on the environment, the house feels both soothing and invigorating. It is immersed in the desert, nestled between the Sierra Laguna mountains, and the endless soft sand coastline of the Pacific Ocean.

Casa del Arco is a six minute walk to the beach via desert path. The house has umbrellas, toys, towels, and everything you need to enjoy a day in the sun.

Swim day and night in the property’s heated saltwater pool. When the sun sets and the chilly ocean breeze wafts over the desert lands, relax in the soothing spa tub.

There are king-sized beds in a bedroom upstairs and another downstairs. The “bunk room” has a queen-sized bed with two twin-sized loft beds. The luxurious, cloud-like beds are replete with soft washed linens and cozy blankets.

The water in Todos Santos comes from the stunning mountain biosphere in the center of the peninsula. House filtration system further refines the water to make it safe to drink from all of the faucets.

Indoor / outdoor sound system provides high quality ambiance. Rooftop lounge area is ideal for playing cards, watching the sun sizzle into the ocean each evening, and grilling with Argentian stye grill under twinkly lights.

Wander the garden full of mature native plants from the Baja. Budding astronomers can peer into the night sky full of endless stars with the upstairs telescope.

Although we prefer to toss the windows open and let nature keep things cool, each room has air conditioning. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Kitchen fully equipped. Families traveling with small children can use pack ‘n play crib.
